Engage⁺ incorporates Facebook’s social graph and evaluates profile information, allowing brands to provide highly customizable offers. Through Moxie’s rule-based chat technology, brands can engage with a Facebook visitor and proactively extend an offer based on the profile information, such as name, gender and a uniquely calculated advocacy rank.
