Collection of Personal Information
Moxie may collect personal information from users of the Website. Moxie may collect the information, such as your name, phone number, and email address, directly from you through a transaction, form submission, request for more information about our services or communication you conduct through the Website. Moxie may also use automated technologies on the Website, such as cookies, log files, and web beacons, to collect non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your IP address, the type of browser you use and your browsing patterns.

However, you may not be able to use some of the features of the Website if you elect to reject a particular cookie.

This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
Web beacons, also known as "web bugs," are small, graphic images on web pages or web-based documents or in email messages that allow Moxie, or third parties, to monitor who is visiting the Website. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information. Web beacons collect the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the web beacon comes from, and the time it was viewed
